Log:

Resize the UI painter window when MythMainWindow is resized.

If using a shared rendering context and MythMainWindow is resized during
playback (e.g. using a custom gui size and Use Gui Size for TV Playback
is not set), then the video is not presented properly as the underlying
context has not been resized as well.
