Log:

Suppress a warning in MythNetVision building.

There was a duplicated function in both libmythmetadata and libmyth, both public.  Remove the one from libmyth as it makes more sense in libmythmetadata.  Unfortunately this bumps the public API so plugins will need a recompile.
