 I'm not sure if this is a theme specific issue but this happens with the
 Mythbuntu theme. When I open the OSD menu during playback, e.g. to take a
 look at the EPG or edit the rule of the recording that I'm current
 watching, and then get back to the playback, there is some "hazy" overlay
 over the video that I can only get rid of when leaving the playback.
