 The best place to see this is the new Setup Wizard using any theme that is
 using the default theme version of the wizard (currently all the official
 themes I believe). Click next a couple of times an then previous to return
 to the previous page in the wizard. The result is a blank screen. You can
 still blindly operate the widgets on the screen you just can't see any of
 them. It's as though the background has been drawn over the top of them.

 Something else to note is you only see this if the window is a full screen
 window, reduce the size of the window by a pixel then the background
 doesn't get drawn and everything then works as expected.
