Make verbose parser a bit smarter

Now, if you repeat a verbose level, it will be entered once into the parsed
results.  Also, if you use a "nosystem" or the like, it will remove the "system"
from the string before adding "nosystem" to it.

This should tidy up the reported (and propagated) verbose level.
