 I allow commercial flagging from 12am to 6pm.  If a program starts
 recording after 6pm a job gets inserted into the queue with the flag "2"
 (Live Recording) set.  Once this job runs (after 12am) it never finds any
 commercials.  If I manually schedule a job without the flag for the same
 show then it will work fine.  In addition, if a show starts recording
 between 12am and 6pm it will also flag commercials correctly.[[BR]]
