 This updates the recording screen and recorded details screen to show/edit
 the inetref,season and episode fields.  Ideally it would be nice to add a
 lookup for the inetref field but that is for a later patch (perhaps once
 there is a backend API to reuse the metadata lookup).  Note that this
 patch doesn't include the "inetref" translation which should be trivial to
 generate but I wasn't sure what it should be translated to (just
 "inetref"?)
