Log:

Make the log settings propagate to mythmetadatalookup from housekeeper

This should keep it from spewing to the console when the backend is in daemon
mode, and will propagate the user's chosen logging details down to the
child program (including log destination, mask, level, syslog level, database
logging disabling, etc).
