Restore the PLUGIN mythmusic menu item under Media Settings.

Realistically, the functionality here could all be included under CONFIGPLUGIN mythmusic, or from mythmusic itself, so whether it's needed at all is up for debate-- I think probably not, but will let the MythMusic gurus decide that one.
