Log:

Bluray: Add caching of title and playlist info.

This should be a significant speed improvement for various actions,
particularily when switching title from the OSD menu.

The additional locking around the info lists and the current info
pointer should also fix some segmentation faults seen during scene
switching when the osd is visible.
