Log:

Move the GetNumberXineramaScreens method into MythDisplay.

This ensures we always reference the cross-platform display class and
fixes a linking issue on OS X 10.6 (with the Qt Cocoa version).

As commented in the new code, I'm 99% sure we no longer need our own X11
xinerama code as Qt appears to use the same code in the X11 version of
QDesktopWidget::numScreens()
