 170+ tests with 0001-Fix-race-condition-on-m_pMap-read-on-close.patch
 applied, 0 failures. Also, existing startup, channel changer, preview
 generator and pre shutdown programs continue to run as before.

 Without the patch, I only did two tests -- both generated a segfault.

 Sounds like a fix to me!
