 Example:

 If mythvideo called from /, and storage group is /MythVideo/Videos, and
 filename is Video.mpg.  Filename used for saving filemarkup entries is
 based on //Video.mpg instead of /MythVideo/Videos/Video.mpg.  Since the
 storage group / doesn't exist, //Video.mpg is saved.

 I have attached a patch to fix this.
