 Video files with MPEG-4 AAC audio codex with a bit rate of 16kbps causes
 the audio to hicup. The audio for these files worked fine in 0.23 and play
 prefect with gstreamer. The audio sample rate is 48000 hz.
 I can provide you with a sample file if you want it.
 I am running mythtv 0.24-fixes (2f3a2f8) this is the daily builds from
 mythbuntu
