 CEA-708 closed captions in MythTV usually display only one line at a time,
 rather than one character at a time as my televisions' caption decoders
 do.  As a result, the viewer must wait longer before seeing the caption
 text, and ofter the bottom line of scrolling captions remains unused
 because the updates seem to occur just after a carriage return has cleared
 the bottom line.

 The attached patch corrects this problem by triggering an update after
 each new packet, rather than waiting until a control sequence arrives.
