Comment:

 I don't think it's fair to pass connectivity and latency issues off onto
 mythfilldatabase.  Acceding to this kind of thing just adds more knobs,
 levers, and switches that we desperately need to get rid of.
 mythfilldatabase requires a functional network connection with sane
 latency.
