API: Extend the video service, clean up the channel service.

Add methods to pull a single metadata item by ID or Filename, and to remove a video item from the database.

Flesh out the ScriptableVideo class, and use it properly in the mediaserver class.

Add the missing functions to the ScriptableChannel class.
