 The meta data grabber for thetvdb successfully found the data for a
 mythVideo file named "Panty & Stocking With Garterbelt s01e01.mkv"  The
 description on thetvdb includes an ampersand (&) character.  When I view
 the description through mythFrontend I instead see: &  That of coarse
 being the HTML alias for the ampersand character.

 Somewhere along the way the grabber process or mythFrontend needs to
 convert the alias into the real character.
