 Playing the iso file for Where the Wild Things are, I select
 Navigate->Root DVD Menu as soon as I start playback and most of the time
 it shows the menu very briefly and then exits back to mythtv.  Maybe one
 out of 5 times it does show the menu but I can't figure out how those
 times are different.
