 We're in a string freeze, but r26504 introduced ~120 new strings for
 translation. We should wait introducing these translatable strings until
 after the 0.24 release.

 Since DishNet is an US-only service, perhaps they shouldn't even be
 translatable at all, at the very least, the ratings should not be
 tranlatable. We can take this up again once 0.24 is out, but for now, lets
 not create more work for the translators :)
