 There are a number of places where we are still using old popups and
 dialogs instead of MythUI. This ticket just gives a single place to
 reference and coordinate their replacement.

 These dialogs are all marked as deprecated in trunk, so they can be found
 by looking at the build warnings or grepping the source.

 Progress/busy dialogs should be a fairly straight swap, ok/menu dialogs
 require more work because the mythui dialogs are non-blocking.
