#8985: Streaming/ASX/Direct Download does not work in IE8 but does on other

 In IE8 flowplayer acts like it is waiting for the stream to start. But
 there is no indications that the backend/mythweb is attempting to stream
 the video.
 In Chrome and Firefox the stream starts almost instantly. I also get the
 following in the backend log "Client backend is trying to announce a
 socket multiple times." and the following in apache
 "//mythweb/pl/stream/2806/1285027200" when streaming.

 ASX Streaming and Direct Download behave the same. Dos not work in IE8 but
 does in Chrome and Firefox.
