 Please find a complete translation update for mythfrontend.

 I plan to upload more patches to the mythplugins, so if possible I can use
 the same ticket to upload the rest of the Norwegian patches.

 It would be nice if the attached diff can be applied before RC1 even if
 there are more patches to come for the plugins.
