Comment:

 (In [26279]) The NuppelVideoPlayer instructed the audio framework that it
 was playing CODEC_NONE ; so audio initialisation was interrupted. Remove
 the test on the codec, instead only check framerate, format and channels
 which should be sufficient. Fixes #8924
