Comment:

 There are a number of odd numbered positions in the plug-in portion of
 this patch and some of it doesn't apply anymore. Can you update the patch
 against current trunk and make sure all positions and sizes are even
 numbers? Even numbers are required so that it looks similar on both
 1280x720 and 1920x1080 screens.
