Comment:

 (In [26267]) Allow selection of custom transcoding profiles when
 transcoding. We allowed users to create custom profiles, but they weren't
 able to actually use them when transcoding from Watch Recordings. Based on
 patches by Roo and jyavenard. Fixes #5734
