Log:

Channel Scanner: Check for the SCTE registration descriptor when determining OpenCable channels. This resulted in only a very very tiny improved hit rate in my scans, but SCTE 54 2009 p 9 states that this ought to be correct.  It won't affect the channels found, or their function, it's mostly a tiny step towards properly ID'ing SCTE channels for diagnostic purposes.
