Log:

Improved jump forward handling in DVD playback.

This ensures we disable jumping forward when we're within any kind of
menu (which can produce unexpected behaviour from the user's
perspective) and allow skipping of the still frame - but only when there
is no active menu present (as indicated by the presence of buttons).
