Comment (by stuartm):

 Ok, new patch, at the very least this should restore the status quo with
 clipping but the font should be correctly proportioned on non-square pixel
 displays. If that happens then it would appear to be a QFontMetrics bug,
 they've been seen elsewhere in mythui.
