 The returned string from toLocalDir(ArtworkType t) in in
 mythtv/programs/mythfrontend/playbackboxhelper.cpp is empty for the second
 and subsequent calls, leading to fanart etc not being found.

 The cause is that the kFanDir, kBannerDir, kCoverDir variables are not
 declared as static.
