Log:

Set some player settings in the BD RingBuffer.  Parental Level/Audio Language Setting/Graphics Langauge/Menu Text Language/Country Code.  These aren't actually used yet, but when we move to using the HDMV VM rather than trying to guess the right title, this will theoretically allow us to hook into the right language menus and default audio tracks, as well as restrict viewing of certain discs in a future multiuser environment.
