Log:

Increase the RingBuffer timeout value for Live TV.

Several tickets recently have suggested the default 2 second timeout is
potentially too short for certain tuner types and configurations and
leads to unnecessary playback failures. It is also largely inconsistent
with various other playback timeouts.

I've left the timeouts for recordings, pre-recorded, videos, dvds etc
untouched as there have been no reports of failures here but this may be
worth re-visiting - notably for dvd and blu ray.
