Log:

Fix decoding of VC1, WVC1 and WMV3 material with CrystalHD. The
DtsFlushInput call in ::Reset may need some further tweaking - may be
needed for H264 streams and the flush type might need adjusting.

I've also added some debug output of the tag attached to the codec - all
the remainging streams for which the decoder seems to have problems are
tagged as HDMV (which presumably isn't a coincidence).
