Log:

Drop the setting to hide the mouse cursor and instead auto-hide the cursor after 3 seconds of mouse inactivity. This was proposed in the settings cleanup and there were no objections. The timeout may be adjusted according to feedback, but 3 seconds felt about right in testing. Untested on OSX or Windows, please report issues with these platforms on the mythtv-dev mailing lists.
