Comment:

 After investigation, and considering many of the media packages do not
 synchronize with the mixer level if changed externally.
 I won't be implementing this feature.

 While the mixer is opened, you can't read the external volume level and
 reading the currently opened mixer do not pass the new volume set
 externally.
