 You're in browse mode, it does register when you press up/down, but for
 some reason it doesn't show an OSD when doing so. If you click up or down,
 followed by Enter, it will change the channel.
 For now, you can disable browse mode by unticking "TV Settings" ->
 "Playback OSD" -> "Always use browse mode in Live TV".
