 The same happens to me after upgrading from 0.23.1 to 0.24.
 The conditions for this behavior are a bit mysterous for me. Sometimes it
 works, sometimes it fails and the frontend doesn't accept any input from
 the remote control.
 Waiting for any output on the screen for several minutes shows no result.
