 If I enable "media monitor" and "use new media" then inserting a:
 - DVD jumps to mythvideo but exits imediately
 - audio CD or USB disc containing music jumps to mythmusic but exits
 immediately
 - data CD or USB disc containing photos jumps to mythgallery but exits
 immediately

 The attached patches fix autoplay, fix a race condition in mythmusic
 during autoplay and fix several segmentation faults.
