 I'd like to get this issue sorted...

 Did you get into the settings and make changes related to your
 configuration? In particular, if using multichannels analog, make sure you
 check the PCM flag...

 Ideally, if you could set temporarily your machine to show english text,
 and report what error message is actually displayed. This will give us
 some hints on what actually is wrong...
