Comment:

 This appears to have been fixed at some point according to a comment from
 the reporter 4 months ago. Since we don't know if this was a local problem
 or one of the few keyframe flagging fixes that have gone in since this was
 initially reported I'm marking this as invalid (though at some point this
 ticket was not invalid.)
