Comment:

 I get this randomly too.

 Keyboard input works fine for the menus but while watching a movie (using
 the internal player) it ignores key input at random.

 It seems to go for extended periods of time either processing or ignoring
 it.

 Note that the X server is still processing key input as ctrl-alt-f1 still
 works.

 Myth is still processing mouse events as the wheel skips back and forth.
