Log:

Backport r24440, r24496 and r24497 from trunk.

Minor tweaks to MythCenter and default themes. 

Remove an invalid <font> tag in a shape.

Don't flash the colon in the time on the MythCenter guide screen it was
causing the hours to jump about.
