 Paul,

 There was a small bug in the Mythbuntu theme, which I have fixed.
 However, the rest of your messages indicate you have an ancient version of
 Mythcenter-wide installed.  I know this because MythCenter-wide doesn't
 *have* a video-ui.xml, which yours does.  You need to remove all your
 legacy themes and install current copies.  For reference, current trunk
 and .23 work properly in this screen in Mythbuntu, MythCenter, and
 MythCenter-wide, with no error messages reported.
