 I'm using MythBuntu and tried with MythCenter (wide) but have some issues
 with showing the Setup -> MythVideo -> Filetypes page

 mythbuntu:
 can't see any of the buttons on the page (overlap maybe?)

 mythcenter throws the following msg:

 Error: container 'fa dialog' is missing child 'extension_select'
