 latest patch has accurate avsync estimation algorithm and doesnt require
 avsync_avg because of it.

 fixed audio timecode generation. wont be relevant as done differently in
 hdaudio branch but important for avsync.

 result is very smooth until the cpu has trouble keeping up.

 feedback appreciated.
