Comment:

 This is basically a "Works as designed" for "All Programs".  "All
 Programs" always sorts based off of record date.  You have the choice of
 ascending or descending.  The vast majority find this behavior preferable.

 For "Watch List", I agree that it would be nice if it payed attention to
 the sort method, but no one has ever written that feature.  If you want to
 see this, please submit a patch.
