Log:

MythNetvision: add support for new mythtv:season and mythtv:episode tags.  For grabbers capable of supporting it, this information can now be returned.  Hulu/iPlayer/etc. would probably want to make use of this (and eventually I'll have to add filtering/sort orders to MNV).
