Updated with v8 files against a recent trunk.
1. The main change is to remove the AudioOutputDevice setting from
Playback Groups control, after [23794] changed the configuration code for
that setting. I could probably bring that back if there is interest.
2. The newfiles_v8 is identical to the v4-v7 versions.
