 If the preview image is missing (see bug 8118), flowplayer will display an
 error when attempting to load the preview image and will never stream the
 video.  It gives error:  "303:  Failed to load a resource:  Unable to load
 resources error #2124".

 I would think that the ability to stream should not be dependent on an un-
 needed preview image.  Although this issue should be much less probable
 once 8118 is fixed, this still seems like a weak link that should be
 bullet proofed.  Perhaps only set a preview background if the file exists?
