Comment:

 Dup of #8158 .

 Stephan, you either have a missing mythconverg database, or--more likely--
 have specified invalid database information (hostname, database name,
 username, or password) in the Apache MythWeb configuration file
 (mythweb.conf) or you have failed to GRANT MySQL permissions to the
 database with the given username, password, and from the MythWeb host.
